In this role, as the Risk Reporting senior associate, you will be an individual contributor, working as part of the International Consumer Business Risk Oversight and Analytics team, help derive insights and perform forecast using analytical and Machine Learning model for International Consumer Business - Chase UK. You will work closely with senior team members and wide range of stakeholders such as business, data providers, and support functions to understand requirements, complete feasibility study, and create predictive models and machine-learning algorithms around credit and fraud risk needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Seasoned risk professional with strong data analysis & Machine Learning Engineer or similar role expertise to act as an individual contributor supporting risk teams by coordinating with various stakeholder and ensuring delivery per business needs for retail credit products.
- Manage business requirement in a structured manner, keep stakeholders updated of progress & challenges and navigate through various stakeholder to deliver on work assigned.
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders across the ICB organization, including business leads, data providers and technology colleagues to understand requirements, complete feasibility studies to create proposals and development requirements for implementing decisioning system functionality.
- Be responsible for production and substantiation of a varied range of monthly and quarterly dashboards around credit and fraud.
- Able to perform data analysis using technical tools e.g., SQL, Tableau, Python, MS-Suite.
- Implement and maintain remediation solutions for risk reporting to ensure compliance to BCBS 239. Provide relevant training for standard methodologies and tools to new team members

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills**
- 7-10 years of experience in Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
- Expertise in handling all Tableau products (Desktop, Public, Server, Online) along with deep Knowledge of SQL, Python
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
- Knowledge of UK Retail Banking, Credit Risk and Fraud Risk is desired
- Highly effective in narrating the analytical output to stake holders, draw agreement on business actions or formulate impact strategies
- Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements, suggest and design dashboards. Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements Performing Data Modeling in Tableau Desktop. Designing and developing of data models and writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills**
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, Looker
- Advanced MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Highly self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and execute to completion. Well versed in developing new ideas and process re-engineering
