**Job Title: Architectural Draftsman and Site Visit Specialist**

**Job Type**: Full-time, Work from Office (Jaipur)

Chopra's Designs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman who possesses expertise in creating accurate technical drawings and is also capable of conducting site visits. As an Architectural Draftsman and Site Visit Specialist, you will play a critical role in our design and construction processes, ensuring that our projects are executed flawlessly and meet our clients' expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of architectural projects and be an integral part of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create precise and detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations based on design concepts and specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD or other relevant software to produce accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accurate representation of design intent in the drawings.
- Conduct site visits to assess project sites, gather necessary measurements, and document existing conditions.
- Document site observations, including noting any constraints or opportunities that may affect the design process.
- Coordinate with project teams and communicate effectively to ensure the smooth execution of design plans.
- Assist in reviewing construction documents and drawings for compliance with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals during site visits to address design-related issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural standards, codes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for site visits and inspections.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the local area.
