**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator that will have oversight over warehousing, receiving, transportation, inventory and stock management. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out _administrative duties_ with accuracy and speed.

This person will also manage and lead shift supervisors and their support teams as well as ensure safety, quality and productivity. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

**Job Responsibility**
- Coordinates, and has direct responsibility for, a project or specific set of tasks related to a function or program or department/business unit.
- Manage day-to-day production operations across multiple shifts.
- Ensure a safe, clean and secure working environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
- Manage shipments
- Prepares and maintains unit’s records (such as financial, personnel, administrative, student) reviews complex documents, reports, etc., to assure compliance with University requirements and/or government regulations, and notifies supervisor of unusual situations.
- Provides for smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the unit.
- May assist in preparation of grant proposals; may provide policy interpretation on grant parameters.
- May act as liaisons with related programs or projects of other universities or with government agencies, keeping the supervisor informed of relevant information.
- Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
- Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or campaign expectations and goals.
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants
- Enforce all company rules and regulations
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
- Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
- Training, supervising and appraising staff.

**Required Qualification and skills**
- 3+ years’ experience in logistic and warehouse management
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong leadership and management skills
