**Position**:Finance / Commercial Executive

**Location**: New Delhi, India

**Overview of the Company**:Matrix Polytech is a privately held company founded in 2007 and headquartered in New Delhi, India, with its production facility at Bhiwadi, one of the fastest-growing industrial towns in the north-eastern boundary of Rajasthan, a region of the Alwar district. Despite being relatively new in the industry, Matrix today is a growing market leader following continuous investments in research and the latest technologies. With gratitude towards strong, sustained growth, Matrix now aspires to position itself as a major supplier of specialized polymer materials. Our product range includes ZHFR (Zero Halogen Fire Retardant) compounds and PVC compounds.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Com., BBA, MBA or any other relevant degree in a related discipline.
- Prior experience and strong capability in evaluating finance processes and suggesting required improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Reporting & Analytics concepts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, good negotiator and work with a high level of integrity.
- Expert in operating MS-Office suite.
- Adequate IT skills and tech-savviness with efficient business thinking is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good presentation skills and a highly driven attitude are desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take initiative in analyzing financial data and generating relevant accounting reports and schedules for management decision-making.
- Assist in both internal and external audit processes, including handling queries and providing required documentation and explanations.
- Identify areas of improvement within finance-related processes and contribute to the development of reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of financial information.
- Stay updated with financial regulations and compliance requirements and ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies.
- Experience in import/export correspondence and documentation is desirable.
