- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly.
- Manage appointments and bookings for product demonstrations, meetings, and events.
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and well-organized.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in managing office supplies and ensure stock is always maintained.
- Support with documentation, data entry, and filing systems.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Assist customers with product information and guide them through the studio experience.
- Provide general administrative support for sales teams, helping in order processing and follow-up.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate internal meetings and ensure smooth communication between different teams.
- Help organize events and special studio demonstrations.
- **General Office Support**:

- Assist with HR, accounting, and other team-related tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, google sheets).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in the commercial kitchen equipment or related industries is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
