**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, packaging, and branding.
- Create visually compelling content for print and digital platforms, including banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all designs.
- Produce designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Edit and retouch product photos, promotional images, and campaign visuals.
- Prepare design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional design experience (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
- Experience designing for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding projects.
