**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all finishing work at the project site (flooring, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, etc.).
- Plan and mobilize labour, materials, and resources as per project needs.
- Ensure timely execution with a strong focus on quality and detailing.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress and report regularly to higher management.
- Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to safety and project specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in finishing works.
- Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labour teams and vendors effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
