2. Efficiently handling fieldwork on financial due diligence engagements.

3. Preparation of due diligence reports highlighting key findings and presenting summary analysis.

4. Provide key insights into financials after understanding the business.

5. Develop and manage relationships across the business.

6. Establish & maintain good working relationships with clients (adapt to changed work environments at different clients/ locations).

7. Aid in the identification of business development as well as help expand the client base by identifying and growing the current client portfolio.

8. Understanding of the Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 12+ years of experience in financial due diligence.
- Managing team in performing financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side clients across multiple sectors.
