**WANTED: A Video Editing Artist (Not Just an Editor)**

This is not just a gig.

This is an invitation to **join the world of storytelling, rhythm, music, and madness** that we’re building here.

If you’re someone who doesn’t just “cut” videos, but paints with them

If you obsess over _tiny timing choices_, transitions that feel _just right_, and edits that **move people**

Then we need to talk.

**Who are we?**

I’m **Gaurav Sharma,** a musician, YouTuber (200K+ subs), and course creator.

I shoot, script, edit, teach, and build everything myself, until now.

Now I’m looking for a **creative partner** to help me scale this vision.

This is for you **if you’re hungry to grow**, love learning from someone hands-on, and want to **build something meaningful** with heart.

**What you’ll be editing**:

- YouTube videos (vlogs, cinematic storytelling, gear talk, music rants, etc.)
- Behind-the-scenes reels & short-form content
- Promotional videos for my digital courses
- Launch trailers & mini-documentaries
- Possibly music-driven edits (jam sessions, solos, etc.)

**Must-Have Traits**:

- You **understand rhythm,** like, actually. Editing that feels _musical_, even without music
- You notice things that others miss. A misplaced frame, a jarring cut, an awkward pause
- You’re not afraid of feedback. You see it as growth, not criticism
- You care about the final product, **as if your name was on it**

**Software You Should Be Comfortable With**:

- **Final Cut Pro X** (preferred) OR
- **DaVinci Resolve Studio (Premium version)**

**Bonus Skills (not mandatory, but a huge plus)**:

- Motion graphics / Titles
- Color grading
- Sound design
- Thumbnail design
- Meme game

You’ll be working **closely with me**, not through 5 layers of managers.
