**Job Title: Design Team Lead
- Naval Architecture**

**Location: New Delhi**

**Experience: 10-15 Years**

**Must Have**
- Must have experience in Naval Architecture.
- Must have experience in Naval Design.
- Must have experience in 3D design tools or CAD
- Must have experience in Ships & Submarine design.
- Technical leadership role for Naval Architecture Design team to ensure compliance with Customer requirements (in quality and throughput) for all system design and layout development activities.
- Graduate Engineer with atleast 10 years of working experience in design of Ships / Submarines, with Industry experience in handling a team of engineers to achieve time-bound goals.
- Possess in-depth understanding in respective specializations of design codes/norms, calculations, analysis, systems engineering and use of 3D CAD design tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical) to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD essential.
- Excellent Oral and Written communication and managerial skills.
