Title: Internal Sales Representative/Administrative Assistant

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad, India

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Manage and organize client documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.

3. Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders, and maintain calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and case statuses using CRM software or other designated systems.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to address client needs and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

8. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure that administrative duties are completed efficiently.

9. Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

10. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and assisting with other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recognized administrative role, preferably in a customer service or client-facing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM software or other database systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to provide at least 2 professional references from previous employers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
