Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for History, Civics, and Geography classes in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and critical inquiry.
- Incorporate current events, case studies, and real-world examples to make lessons relevant and meaningful to students.
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Integrate interdisciplinary connections between History, Civics, and Geography to promote a holistic understanding of social studies concepts.
- Encourage students to develop analytical thinking skills, research abilities, and effective communication skills through projects, debates, and presentations.
- Stay informed about developments in the fields of History, Civics, and Geography and incorporate relevant updates into curriculum planning and instruction.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support student learning and achievement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum for History, Civics, and Geography at the secondary level.
- Passion for teaching social studies and helping students develop a deeper understanding of the world around them.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in social studies education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per year
