- Handling The Customer

Answering The Calls And Transferring To The Concerned Department

Maintenance The Forms Folders

Serves Visitors & Clients By Greeting, Welcoming, And Directing Them Appropriately.

Ensure Reception Area Is Tidy And Presentable, With All Necessary Stationery And Material (E.G. Pens, Forms And Brochures)

Co-Ordinating With Fund Houses

Providing Support To The Retail Team

E-Mail Circulation

Routine Working
- KYC Formalities, Punching & Scanning Of Imp Documents, SOA Generation, Portfolio Generation, Etc.

Filling Of Forms

Working On Various Software And MIS

Solving RM/Client Queries

**Skills Required**:
1. Should Have Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

2. Be Proficient In Computers (MS Word, Excel) And Handling Softwares.

3. Must Have An Excellent Sense Of Priorities.

4. Professional Attitude And Appearance

5. Customer Service Attitude
