Role Overview:
The Aesthetic Nurse will provide advanced cosmetic treatments and skin care services to clients, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. This role involves assessing clients’ aesthetic goals, performing non-surgical procedures, and offering education on skincare and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultations:

- Assess patients’ skin conditions and aesthetic goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients about available treatments, skincare products, and post-procedure care.

2. Perform Aesthetic Procedures:

- Administer injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other anti-aging treatments.
- Conduct non-invasive treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, laser therapy, and PRP treatments.
- Operate and maintain aesthetic devices (e.g., lasers, IPL, RF, etc.).

3. Patient Care:

- Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately.
- Provide post-procedure follow-ups and address client concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment.

4. Sales & Education:

- Recommend skincare regimens and upsell products and treatments where appropriate.
- Build and retain strong relationships with clients.

5. Administrative Duties:

- Document patient records according to medical standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on aesthetic trends, treatments, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license [or equivalent]. Certification in aesthetic treatments is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in aesthetics, dermatology, or related fields preferred.
- Skills:

- Proficient in injectable and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest aesthetic trends, technologies, and safety standards.
