We are Hiring **Social Media Executive (SME)/Social Media Marketer (SMM)**, for Ahmedabad Location.

**Designation**:Social Media Executive (SME)/Social Media Marketer (SMM)**
**Experience Level: 0-1 yr**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:_
- Develop, execute, and refine social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable objectives for social media campaigns.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:_
- Create engaging, high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each social media platform.
- Curate relevant and shareable content from external sources to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- **Social Media Management**:_
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and pages (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms using social media management tools.
- **Community Engagement**:_
- Foster and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Encourage user-generated content and facilitate discussions to build brand loyalty.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:_
- Monitor social media metrics and track the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Social Media Advertising**:_
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific goals.
- Allocate budgets effectively and optimize ad performance.
- **Stay Updated with Trends**:_
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to leverage new opportunities.
- Adapt strategies to stay competitive and innovative.
- **Collaboration**:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and design, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- **Crisis Management**:_
- Be prepared to handle and respond to social media crises or negative comments professionally and swiftly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
