We are a leading tiles and tiles adhesives company, and we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Retail Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for dealing with end users, architects, interior designers, builders, and other potential clients to promote our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Retail Sales: Assist customers in selecting tiles, providing product information, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Field Work: Proactively engage with architects, builders, and high-value clients to schedule meetings, showcase our products, and establish lasting business relationships.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss their tile needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Order Follow-Up: Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams as necessary.
- Footfall Generation: Implement strategies to increase foot traffic to our store, including field visits, cold calling, and networking events.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and clients.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets, both in-store and through field activities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively, balancing responsibilities between in-store activities and fieldwork.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork as required.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for order tracking and reporting.
- A passion for interior design, construction, or related industries is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
