**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security and safety procedures are followed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate internal communications and distribute memos/circulars.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in a structured manner.
- Provide support to HR and other departments as needed.
**Facility & Office Management**:
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of reception and common areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff.
- Monitor office equipment and coordinate repairs if needed.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setups.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹8,523.90 - ₹24,307.39 per month
