**Advanced Diagnostics and Repairs**:Identifying and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- **Preventative Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance checks, such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, and tire rotations, and advising on necessary repairs.
- **Leadership and Mentoring**:Overseeing and mentoring junior mechanics, providing technical guidance and support.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring the quality and accuracy of repairs performed, and verifying that work meets safety and customer standards.
- **Client Interaction**:Communicating with clients to explain vehicle issues and repair recommendations, and providing estimates for work.
- **Shop Management**:Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of shop equipment.
- **Compliance**:Adhering to relevant regulations, including vehicle emission standards and safety guidelines.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of all work performed, including repair orders and vehicle maintenance logs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
