We are seeking a part-time **General Physician (MBBS)** to manage patient consultations on a revenue-sharing basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **in-person consultations** to patients for common illnesses, chronic conditions, and general health issues
- Offer **preventive care advice**, lifestyle counselling, and health education
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date **patient records**:

- Work closely with the clinic team to ensure a smooth and professional patient experience
- Be available during agreed-upon **morning/evening clinic hours**

**Qualifications**
- MBBS from a recognized medical college
- Valid **Tamil Nadu Medical Council/NMC registration**:

- **Minimum 2-5 years** of outpatient consultation experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Empathetic and patient-centric approach to care

**Compensation**
- **Revenue Share Basis**: Percentage of consultation fees 20-30%
- Flexible working hours ( 2-4 hours/day, 5-6 days/week)
- Opportunity to grow with the clinic and increase share as patient volume builds

**Clinic Setup**
- Fully equipped outpatient consultation room
- Support staff (receptionist, nurse)
- Basic diagnostic and pharmacy tie-ups
- Clean and professionally maintained environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹13,795.94 - ₹75,721.95 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
