**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 2D artwork, including illustrations, character designs, concept art, and UI elements.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Translate design briefs and ideas into visually appealing and engaging 2D assets.
- Ensure that all artwork adheres to the company's artistic style, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team, incorporating changes and improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and tools to enhance artistic abilities and deliver cutting-edge visuals.
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with artists, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain organized file management and adhere to production pipelines to ensure efficient workflow and asset delivery.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for projects.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of art documentation, style guides, and asset libraries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 2D Artist or a similar role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various 2D art styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in digital art tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, perspective, and anatomy.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience creating user-friendly interfaces is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address artistic challenges and offer innovative solutions.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Passion for art, design, and a keen interest in the gaming industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
