Title: UI/UX Designer (Project Basis)

**Job Type**: Contract/Project Basis

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with the brand identity and project objectives.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, ideally on a project basis.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Figma).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous UI/UX design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in UI/UX.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture principles.

Note: This is a project-based contract position, and the duration of the project will be communicated during the interview process.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
