**What you ‘ll bring to the team**:
Around 8-12 years of experience in the IT industry and 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow executing enterprise projects,
Implementation experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, ITBM and Custom App development.

5+ years of ServiceNow development Experience in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM
2+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions across all workflows, on the Now Platform
Implementation experience of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD (at least 2)
Experience in Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Deliver hands-on configuration, development and integrations within different modules of ServiceNow
Familiar with ServiceNow features of Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, App engine, Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Process Automation and Mobile Apps
Knowledge of ITIL
String problem-solving mindset with Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Strong decision making, critical thinking, organizational and analytical skills.
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce, global projects.

Certification:
Certified System Administrator
CIS is any one of ITOM product suite is preferred"

**What you’ll be doing**
- 1) Work in the ServiceNow COE environment developing innovative solutions that simplifies customer services
2) Implementation experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, ITBM and Custom App development
3) Experience in Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
4) Architect and design solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards"
