**Job Overview**:
This role involves creating and optimizing content across multiple platforms, such as blogs, website pages, brochures, video scripts, and social media posts, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize SEO-driven content for various platforms, including blogs, website pages, brochures, video scripts, and social media posts, specifically within the professional training sector.
- Conduct in-depth research to ensure content accuracy, engagement, and alignment with industry-specific goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content reflects strategic business objectives and adheres to industry standards.
- Manage the entire blog creation process, from drafting to publication, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Provide detailed feedback to external writers and freelancers to maintain high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned content.
- Modify and enhance existing content to improve SEO performance and adapt to evolving business needs.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 4+ years of content writing experience, including a proven track record in B2B writing with a portfolio of at least 100 published blogs.
- At least 1 year of writing experience in the professional training industry.
- Strong expertise in SEO writing, including familiarity with SEO tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Exceptional research skills with the ability to produce content that resonates with target audiences.
- Meticulous proofreading and editing skills, ensuring language accuracy, grammar consistency, and flow.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience in managing content processes and providing feedback to writers.

**Desired Qualities**:

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

**Work Details**:
**Location**: Invensis Technologies (P) Ltd.#1321, Sarakki Extension 15th Cross, 100 Feet Ring Road, JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Marenahalli, Bangalore - 560 078.

**Timings**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**‍**

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Salary Range**: ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 per month
