You will be working as UAM Coordinator will be reporting to Continuous Improvement Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore, India. In this role you are responsible to define, manage, and monitoring processes to meet requirements for IS services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. A key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, who contributes their expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness and support the organization’s vision and strategic direction.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Deploy GBS UAM platform in the GBS site and support all internal and country stakeholders during the transition phases collecting and mapping the present situation with all stakeholders.
- Define and implement common practices and global projects plans, initiates and drives implementation of shared services practices.
- Administrate and coordinate UAM requests from the GBS hub site (create, modify, delete) as per defined process.
- Establish continuous improvement and capture present processes and proactively propose actions to improve them.
- Maintain procedures and knowledge of UAM process for GBS hub including ongoing updates.
- Focus on UAM Data Quality and Reporting to different stakeholders and run regular reporting and data quality/consistency analysis.

**Your background**:

- Any Graduate.
- 3-6 years of experience in user access management.
- Must have knowledge on SOX.
- Experience with SAP ERP system is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
