The Civil Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of construction teams on-site, ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget, while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. The role involves supervising labor, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication between workers, subcontractors, and site management.

Project Supervision:

- Supervise and manage civil construction activities on-site, including foundation work, masonry, concrete pouring, rebar installation, and structural work.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor daily progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with the project manager, engineers, and subcontractors for efficient workflow.

Team Management:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate construction teams, ensuring high levels of productivity.
- Assign tasks to crew members, monitor performance, and provide feedback and training when necessary.
- Maintain discipline and a positive work environment on-site.

Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site safety regulations.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Inspect and maintain safe working conditions and ensure compliance with company, local, and national safety standards.

Resource Management:

- Plan and requisition materials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability for scheduled tasks.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of supplies and manage inventory on-site.

Quality Control:

- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Identify and resolve any quality issues on time.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, changes, and issues that arise during construction.

Coordination & Communication:

- Serve as the main point of contact between labor teams and project engineers or managers.
- Communicate any project delays, resource needs, or safety issues promptly.
- Ensure all team members are clear about their tasks and responsibilities for each workday.

RequirementsQualifications and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
