**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems to ensure smooth data flow and reporting across departments.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management, including analysis on sales, production, inventory, and financial performance.
- Design and maintain dashboards for real-time data visualization.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Create data models, generate queries, and perform detailed analysis to support business decisions.
- Automate reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on data trends and analysis.
- Coordinate with IT teams for system updates, troubleshooting, and integration of new tools.
- Manage and maintain the company’s databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Provide training to team members on report generation, usage of MIS tools, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in MIS technologies and implement improvements accordingly.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience as an MIS, Data Analyst, or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and other reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong understanding of database management systems and reporting software.
- Proven experience in analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in working with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
