**1. Creative and Design Skills**:

**Social Media-Specific Design**:

- Ability to create visually appealing, engaging, and optimized designs for **Instagram**, **Facebook**, **LinkedIn**, **Twitter**, and other platforms.
- Knowledge of the latest **social media design trends** and platform-specific formats (e.g., stories, reels, carousel posts).

**Visual Storytelling**:

- Strong sense of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to craft designs that effectively convey a message or campaign theme.

**2. Digital Marketing Knowledge**:
**Understanding of Social Media Marketing**:

- Knowledge of how visual content plays a role in different social media strategies (e.g., engagement, branding, or ad campaigns).

**Experience with Ad Creatives**:

- Designing engaging ad visuals for paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

**Responsive Design**:

- Ability to design assets that are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop viewing.

**3. Experience & Education**:
**Experience**:

- At least **1-2 years** of experience in **social media graphic design** (preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency).

**Portfolio**:

- A portfolio showcasing social media-specific design work (including carousels, infographics, ads, and other relevant formats).

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Graphic Design**, **Visual Communication**, or a related field is a plus.

**4. Skills in Motion Graphics & Video Editing (Bonus)**:

- Experience with **motion graphics** or **basic video editing** (for platforms like Instagram Reels or TikTok) would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like **After Effects** or **Premiere Pro**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
