**Job Title**: Junior Interior Designer - Modular Furniture

**Job Summary**:
As a junior interior designer specializing in modular furniture, you will collaborate with senior designers and project managers to conceptualize, design, and execute interior spaces that integrate modular furniture solutions. Your role will involve working on a range of projects, from residential to commercial spaces, with a focus on optimizing functionality, flexibility, and aesthetics.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Assist in developing design concepts for interior spaces, focusing on the integration of modular furniture to maximize efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team members.
- Select appropriate modular furniture pieces, finishes, and materials to achieve the desired design objectives within budget constraints.
- **Space Planning and Layout**:

- Utilize CAD software to develop detailed floor plans and layouts that incorporate modular furniture solutions while adhering to building codes and regulations.
- Optimize space utilization and traffic flow within interior spaces, considering factors such as ergonomics, accessibility, and user experience.
- **Product Research and Specification**:

- Research modular furniture products and suppliers to stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
- Prepare product specifications and procurement documents, including itemized lists, drawings, and material samples, for client approval and purchasing purposes.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of modular furniture solutions into overall interior design plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, and present design proposals and solutions accordingly.
- **Project Coordination and Management**:

- Assist senior designers and project managers in coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to modular furniture design and installation.
- Monitor the progress of modular furniture procurement, fabrication, and installation activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- **Quality Control and Evaluation**:

- Conduct on-site inspections and quality assessments of modular furniture installations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies related to modular furniture design, fabrication, or installation in a timely and proactive manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong visual and spatial awareness, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of modular furniture design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or internships in interior design firms or furniture companies is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
