**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance and Hospitality**:

- Attend to customers promptly and ensure they have a comfortable shopping experience on the floor.
- Arrange for refreshments such as tea or food for customers from outside as per their requirements.
- **Sales and Billing Support**:

- Prepare slips and maintain accurate records of items selected by customers for billing purposes.
- Assist in filling out Google Forms for party orders, ensuring all required details such as quantity and party information are accurately recorded to facilitate smooth billing.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure that all products from your designated floor are removed and organized in one specific location.
- Coordinate the timely collection and movement of ready products to the billing section to avoid delays in processing orders.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Monitor and manage the movement of packed goods (bore) from the floor to the billing section within specified timeframes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and billing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Google Forms and other basic digital tools.

**Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or retail operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
