**About CareNetram(Under 2COMS Group)**:
In order to expand access to vision care and eyeglasses for the underprivileged, Care Netram in association with Good Vision Glasses, Germany have come together to conduct free vision campaigns in rural and semi-urban communities that have limited access to eye-care services. Many individuals that attend our vision camps have never before received an eye exam.
- Care Netram strives to solve that by our skill development intervention of training manpower to take One dollar Glasses. Through this initiative, we support the patented technology to produce low cost eyewear while supporting our learning curve in technology enhancements with respect to vision.-

**LOCATION-BOKARO**

**Requirements**:

- Responsible for preparing schedule of Camps (Rural, Urban and Mobile Eye Clinic) one week in advance. Responsible for all community outreach activities.
- Responsible for organizing awareness camp, corporate camps and School Camps both rural & urban.
- Responsible for organizing various events and invite local influential persons for such events.
- Developing network and rapport with camp organizing agencies like Village Panchayat, NGO’s, etc.
- Ensuring adequate precamp publicity at camp site through banners, posters, news paper, flyers, etc.
- Present at Camp location to ensure good outflow of Patients and Manage the overall crowd with the help of Volunteers.
- Providing appropriate information reports and statistics of camp.
- Find out Sponsors to support the Camp Activity locally.
- Responsible for corporate tie-ups and Responsible for tie-ups with schools and college to promote screening camps.
- Attend, present and complete necessary documentation for camp management team meetings.
- Should be flexible to relocate to different district for certain period according to the demand of company.
- Must be able to take and achieve the target given for Sales in the camp at Block or District level.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Must be having a Valid DL and own 2 wheeler.
- Salary Level
- According to Industry Standards will include a fixed fuel allowance of 2.5K, other fixed allowance of 1.5k for lunch and mobile recharge.
- Incentive - 3K-30K depending upon their monthly achievement.
