Experienced IT Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and outbound sales efforts targeting North American businesses.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for web development, software development, and digital design services.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements, positioning our services as the ideal solution.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and potential for repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure seamless delivery aligned with client expectations.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, actively contributing to overall team performance.
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools, maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in web and software development to provide value to clients.
**Requirements and skills**:
Minimum of 2 years of IT sales experience, specifically in web development, software development, or digital design services.
Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation in the North American market.
Strong understanding of the web and software development lifecycle, with the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers and influence outcomes.
