Mba Counsellor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance to students on **MBA and PGDM programs**, admission processes, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
- Conduct **one-on-one counselling sessions** (in-person, phone, or online).
- Explain program details, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
- Follow up with potential students and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain student records and provide regular updates to the admissions team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, university policies, and competitive courses.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in any field (Education, Business, or related preferred).
- Prior experience in **student counselling, admissions, or education consulting** is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Good knowledge of **MBA and PGDM programs** offered by different institutions.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM tools** for managing student data.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
