Job Role: Intern - Site Supervisor

**Job Description**:

- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities.
- Planning of material at the right time before the start of a project or daily activity
- Keeping a watchful eye on the contractors as well as construction workers
- Coordinating with vendors for materials and arranging transportation to the site
- Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of, helpers and laborers.
- Ensuring all on-site workers are coming on time
- Maintaining the labor-accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
- Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
- Tracking inventory supplies and ordering construction materials as and when needed.
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Communicating the progress report, approval of process deviation, and the changes in the timeline to the project manager at the right time.
- Maintaining a good relationship with the client

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in civil engineering with design knowledge
- Ability to work for long hours
- Ability to offer a high level of customer service
- Exp: Fresher
