**Responsibilities**:

- Adept at wordpress to help develop and improve the website
- content and aesthetics
- Content writing
- Design digital marketing for the Institute to augment the brand on social media and otherwise
- Determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing page clicks, keyword hits, search engine traffic, and other data
- Help in developing, launching, and maintaining of WordPress blogs, microsites, campaign measurement and analytics.
- Provide senior management with frequent updates on the status of campaigns, brand visibility, advise them on the success of campaigns compared to marketing costs, and make suggestions to increase marketing effectiveness when necessary and/or develop a marketing budget
- Keep the website fresh with blogs/content

Qualifications:
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience of Use:

- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or Expertise in Google Analytics
- Expertise working with Wordpress
- A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, marcom, or a related field of study
- Experience in creating websites and website digital content
- Ability to create a social media strategy/digital marketing strategy
- Must have a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) in order to create effective online campaigns
- Experience working in a digital marketing or professional services setting
- Knowledge of HTML and experience with analytical tools, analysis, reporting, and researching.
- Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across several stakeholder groups
