**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand image and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and impactful designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials such as websites, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity through the use of color, typography, and layout principles.
- Ensure that all designs are visually engaging, on-brand, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices.
- Work closely with the marketing team to review and refine design concepts based on feedback and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and files for easy access and future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design software and tools, recommending and implementing improvements when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design styles and mediums.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
