**Job Summary**:
The Customer Relationship Officer (Telecom Sales) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their telecommunication needs, and promoting suitable telecom products and services. The role involves driving sales, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development**:

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate telecom products (mobile, internet, fixed lines, etc.).
- Meet or exceed sales targets through direct customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries promptly.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Ensure timely resolution of service issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for assigned customers and provide post-sales support.

**Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Stay updated with the latest telecom products, services, and market trends.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and pricing of telecom products.

**Reporting and Coordination**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments (technical support, billing, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (Preferably in the telecom industry). or confident fresher also considered.
