**Job Title**: Travel Agency Supervisor

**Job Type**: Full-Time

As the Travel Agency Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of travel agents. You will utilize your expertise in the travel industry to enhance our offerings, develop new business strategies, and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the travel agency, including staff management, customer service, and sales.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and improve service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and supervise travel agents to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, negotiating contracts and deals to benefit our clients.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide clients with accurate and valuable information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a travel agency is a MUST. Applications without relevant experience will not be entertained.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including booking systems and supplier relationships.
- Proficient in English, Bengali, and Hindi (speaking).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
