We are looking for a PR Executive to provide high-quality service to our customers. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our customers are satisfied. You should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary pointof contact for our customers. Your goal will be to ensure our guests are happy with our products.
- **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Has full knowledge of all products and is able to confidently give descriptions to a customer
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Senior Management
- To assist department objective in order to achieve targets
- Is able to spot a sales opportunity to upsell products and service to existing or potential guests
- Is able to make simple decisions that affect their own work or the customers experience in a positive manner
- To understand and comply with all local licensing laws and to promote responsible service of alcohol
- Has a full understanding and can when asked explain the brand concept, history and vision
- Is required to be immaculate and presentable and understand the importance of first impressions
- Ensures problems are dealt with immediately and proactively.
- Will be looking after whole Mumbai region
- Must have knowledge of B2B sales Profile Requirements
- Min. 1-3 Years’ experience as a Guest Relationship Executive or PR ExecutiveFamiliarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
