**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editor & Videographer** to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who can plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience across various platforms. You will be responsible for the entire video production process — from setting up shoots to delivering polished final edits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio, and camera equipment.
- Operate cameras and direct on-site video shoots (interviews, promotional content, events, social media clips, etc.).
- Edit raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content using industry-standard editing software.
- Add graphics, effects, sound, and music to enhance videos while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Organize and maintain video equipment, footage, and file libraries.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest new ways to capture and produce content.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor and videographer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid experience in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and audio/lighting equipment.
- Good sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of different video formats, aspect ratios, and social media requirements.
- Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel for shoots as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in Film, Media Production, or related field (not mandatory if you have equivalent experience).
- Motion graphics or animation skills (Adobe After Effects) are a plus.
- Photography skills are an added advantage.
