We are currently on the lookout for illustrators with a unique and flexible style who will be able to cater to the requirements of varying brands, while simultaneously bringing something fresh to their communication.
Who are you?
You are someone with a strong personality that is looking for radical disruption through visual communication in new media and social platforms.
You have an original personality and style of approaching the visual communication needs of our clients, as well as the maturity to not change the persona/identity of the clients’ communication to suit your own aesthetic inclinations.
You have the ability to guide other creative folks in the organisation to think about the visual demands of each creative product while never over emphasising/overstating its importance.
You have a strong sense of both contextual art and global influences as well.
You’re extremely up to date with the most current and relevant happenings in the world of brand design, art and visual communication.
You are great at building and finding a team of skilled art executors, designers and junior artists.
You love nothing more than putting the right systems and processes in place for junior teams to execute and deliver the best work they can.
You normally work in collaboration with a senior creative professional (Copy/Screenplay/Idea-oriented) or under the direction of the Senior Creative in the company.
You love working on small teams that have the potential for scaling into the leadership roles of tomorrow.
You have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to creative ego and mistreatment of your teams. You cherish meaningful work and professional relationships above all else.
Nothing gives you more joy than seeing a beautifully designed website, social communication, visually stunning presentation, and brand identity.
You ultimately want to create an impact in the world of branded communication, and want to disrupt the communications business.

**Your Experience**:
You have a Bachelors in Design and Fine Arts from some of the top institutions for design in India (NID, NIFT, Srishti School, Delhi School of Art, or Symbiosis)
You are sick of the conventional and are on the lookout for new and exciting creative thinking when it comes to brand communication.
You have the ability to think like an entrepreneur and always have an eye on the costs when conjuring up new and revolutionary ideas.
You have a deep technical understanding of the latest tools and software in order to deliver the best work for our clients and partners.
You are a branded content junkie and love nothing more than to follow the latest innovation in design and communication.
Your work is your passion. You understand that work hours are not always fixed, and you are willing to spend the necessary time required to get a job done.
You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience at a leading communications/digital agency, with a demonstrated impact of personal contribution towards a digitally led disruptive campaign/(s) [preferably in the film domain]
Highlighting any global/national awards, recognitions or recommendations will go a long way in us considering you for this role.
