We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Photo Editor. This position offers comprehensive training in photo editing techniques and software tools. As a Photo Editor, you will be responsible for enhancing and retouching images to meet our company's standards and client expectations. **Responsibilities**:
1. Receive training in various photo editing techniques and software platforms.

2. Edit and retouch images to improve overall quality, composition, and visual appeal.

3. Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

4. Ensure consistency in style and adherence to brand guidelines across all edited images.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in photo editing technology.

6. Maintain organized files and archives of edited images for easy access and retrieval.

7. Assist in other tasks related to photography and image production as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Strong interest in photography and visual arts.

2. Basic understanding of photography principles and composition.

3. Proficiency in using photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools (prior experience is a plus but not required).

4. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

5. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in photography or graphic design is advantageous.
