We are looking for a Production Coordinator, responsible for driving the projects and ensuring that the team meets the deadline hence helping us grow. If you have strong communication skills and know-how to work with your fellow team members to meet any deadlines, we would love to hear from you

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct stand-ups/dailies to get an update on the production progress. Capture the minutes of the meeting and drive the action plan discussed during the meetings.
- Create the trackers for the projects and maintain the progress on project trackers regularly.
- Assign work to the artists as suggested by the leads. Ensure timely delivery of assets to clients as per schedule. Also, to follow up on client feedback and share that with the relevant team.
- Act as a liaison between the clients and the team, attend client meetings when set up, capture the minutes of the meeting and drive the action plan discussed during the meetings.
- Generate daily or weekly reports for the managers to track overall progress on projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**_ Skills & Experience:_**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Confident and proactive.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
