**Role Purpose**:
Role title: Organization Effectiveness Manager _VOIS India
Function: _VOIS HR
Band: F Grade: TW13 (General Manager)
Department: Organization Effectiveness
Reports to: Sr. Org Effectiveness Manager/Centre Head of HR
Location: India

Role purpose:
In this role you will lead organisational effectiveness activities, driving simplicity, accountability and effectiveness across Business_VOIS Service Line and India Centre including headcount governance, centre budgets and organization health checks

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Lead “macro organisation structure design” reviews through analysing current org structures, identifying gaps between current and target structures, capturing needs and then designing target organization structures via partnering with HRBPs and relevant business leaders
- Assure the delivery of operating model and organisational designs across the centre and Business_VOIS Service line (globally across all centres)
- Lead and manage organisational effectiveness and transformational projects
- Develop best practice organizational effectiveness frameworks / tools to be used during organization, operating model and sourcing model review studies
- Practice lead for any 1 OE competency area
- Act as guardian of key org related KPIs (span, layer, management ratio, EC / OpEx, etc)
- Lead monthly and annual headcount & employment cost budgeting & governance activities for the respective centre and service line including monthly reporting
- Job evaluation for respective centre and service line
- End to end change management for respective organization design projects
- Ensure maintenance of accurate HR data in systems for respective centre and service line

**Key performance indicators**:

- Delivery of OE projects to high standards
- Adherence to centre & service line headcount budgets / targets
- OE metrics - Spans, Layers & Management Ratio etc.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- 5 years of OE experience in large complex organisations, ideally management consulting experience or in Big 4
- Impact and influence - ability to influence senior leaders working across the organisation both _VOIS & group
- Coaching - ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking - credibility in expertise
- Very strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong project management skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Masters level degree - ideal
- 8 - 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years in organization effectiveness

In addition, the scope of the job responsibilities are also determined in the Performance Dialogue as the annual individual objectives of the Employee, in the training materials related to the position and in the process descriptions regulating the method of the tasks' fulfillment.
