*** ‍ The Role**:
**️ Objective**:
To drive relationships with existing partners and build new strategic alliances with NBFCs/Banks. As a part of the lender partnerships team, you will be responsible for liaising and engaging with partners to ensure best in-market products and experience for our customers.

**Oh did we mention? You will be working with people who have had experience founding and building various startups**

*** Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between Oro and our strategic partners by developing trust, maintaining regular communication channels, pitching new products and resolving any issues
- Review the market landscape to ensure our offerings are always competitive
- Identify new partners and business models to enrich Oro's current business
- Understand partner requirements and align internal teams to meet expectations
- Negotiate schemes and improve process efficiencies with the bank
- Coordinate API integrations to ensure seamless in-app experiences for customers

**Skills & Requirements**:
**‼️ Must haves**
- 6+ years of experience managing a category/strategic alliances/banking partnerships or similar competencies
- Good understanding of P&L, business and management accounting
- Comfortable with financial concepts and numbers
- Ambition to work with startups and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Empathy for the team and customers
- Proactive approach and high degree of independence
- Highly focused and detail oriented
- Languages - English is a must. Other languages are an added bonus

**Good to have**
- Has worked in another fintech or startup managing relationships with Banks/NBFC
- Excel proficiency
