**UI UX Designer Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 to 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphical user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/apps function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge on Html, CSS, Javascript, Java OR Python (Added Advantage)

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Angular: 1 year (required)
- Spring MVC: 1 year (preferred)
- Java: 1 year (required)
