Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive business growth.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Conduct on-page optimization, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, such as optimizing website speed, resolving crawl errors, managing XML sitemaps, and implementing structured data markup.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key SEO metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms, and adjust SEO strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outrank competitors.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize engaging, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO goals.
- Optimize off-page factors, including link building, online reputation management, and social media signals, to improve website authority and visibility.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and address SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website development and updates.
- Provide SEO guidance and support to other teams, such as content marketing, social media, and paid search, to ensure alignment and maximize overall search visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of driving organic search growth and improving search engine rankings.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO factors, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical site audits, and website speed optimization.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate SEO concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve SEO goals.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
