Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback, and report insights to the marketing team.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in analysing social media metrics and preparing reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
