**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
- Follow communication scripts and adapt sales pitches as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th pass**, preference given to graduates.
- **Fluent in Tamil and English.**:

- Prior **Telecalling** or **Office Boy** experience is a plus.
- Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
