The Team:
As part of the development of its MENA business, and overall global growth, our India operations will represent Cundall as our Regional Centre of excellence for Building services, Sustainability and Data Centre design.
Our Building Services team’s mission is to play a key role in making buildings more energy efficient, sustainable, cost effective and safe to build and operate. Our global Building Services team are a source of world leading expertise - and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development, and professional excellence.
The Role:
As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies, and will also develop design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into our current design practices.
The Skills:
Having already been accredited with a relevant degree/diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering in BIM modelling and having worked at BIM level 2, you have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building-based role, you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and AutoCAD specialists.
Has experience in automation, BIM, and Revit API development in different domains. Has experience in training and mentoring other people in automation and BIM. Should have experience on all the disciplines in MEP.
You have sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Cobie data, and BIM360, and have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially - share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.
Knowledge working with ISO19650 standards will be an added advantage.
