Over4 years of experience as Service desk analyst provides business support for users of Citi Applications.
Should be having good experience on Service now and service delivery management.
Utilizes good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas to field issues and queries from stakeholders, provide short-term resolutions and work with relevant technology partners for long term remediation.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of how areas of apps support collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
Act as a liaison between users, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors
Work closely with Level 2 support, development teams, infrastructure teams and the Sales business to deliver strategy & priorities and communicate progress effectively to all stakeholders.
Manage and resolve issues that arise on Sales systems. Ensure daily process completion to service level agreements.
Provide support to the business during day-to-day activities and ad-hoc requests
Communicate issues and status updates with all stakeholders effectively.
Provide ideas and conduct efficiency and effectiveness improvements in support processes.
